Types of Body Massage:

Swedish: Relaxing massage with light-medium pressure that helps relieve stress, reduce pain, increase the oxygen level in the blood, improve circulation and flexibility, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Deep tissue: Applies firm, slow, and deep pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Helps to relieve chronic aches, pains, & tension by targeting tight muscles & trigger points.

Prenatal: A side-lying therapeutic massage (to best protect mom & baby) using specific techniques to increase circulation and relaxation, reduce water retention, and relieve mental & physical fatigue. Body pillows & bolsters are provided for maximum comfort for Mama-to-Be. (*Note: for women in their 1st trimester, please get a physician's approval note beforehand).

Combo Massage: Combines any massage with some light stretching throughout the session.

Sports Massage: Massage that incorporates intense stretching to lengthen muscles, aid in flexibility, and increase range of motion.

Lymphatic Massage: A very light & gentle massage using specific techniques that stimulate the body’s lymphatic system and relieve blockage, naturally draining the fluids, and increasing the body’s metabolism and immune system from toxin build-up. Great for those who have swelling due to surgical procedures.

Chair Massage (30 min): A massage focusing primarily on the neck, back, shoulders, and arms. The client sits upright on a massage chair & remains fully clothed. Great for 1st timers or those who need a quick “pick me up”.

**Treatment Contraindications: Clients with serious health issues or injuries should consult their physician before receiving a massage. Pregnant women must get a physician's approval note during 1st trimester, and not receive any treatments with excessive heat, chemicals, or reflexology. Children and teens under 18 years must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian before receiving any treatment.

Pricing:

30-minute session (20 min. table time) $40

1-hour session (50 min. table time) $80

1.5-hour session: (1 hr. 20 min. table time) $115

2-hour session: (1 hr. 50 min. table time) $150

30-minute Chair massage (25 min – chair time): $30

**Minors may schedule a massage with parents' consent/signature on their Intake form.

Enjoy the benefits of massage therapy in the comfort of your own home! A travel fee applies to house calls to cover travel time, setup, breakdown, and fuel costs (back & forth). Travel times are calculated from my studio using GPS.

Travel times & prices (based on your location):

*1-10 min away: $20

*11-20 min away: $30

*21-30 min away $40

Multiple clients at one location? Book back-to-back sessions of 2 or more and pay a reduced travel fee.

Employee Appreciation Days: Do you own a business and want to show your employees how much you appreciate them? Treat them with a relaxing Chair massage! A 10-20 minute “pick-me-up” would be a wonderful way to ease their stress and feel appreciated. Each session includes aromatherapy & a sweet treat for each employee.  

Cost: $80 per hour (3-4 clients/hour) + Travel fee (as noted above) which includes set-up/breakdown, travel, & cleanings between clients.
